We bake fresh every morning and we recommend eating them the same day. If you need to store them, place them in a cool place on your kitchen counter. We do not recommend refrigerating the cupcakes as they tend to dry out. They do remain fresh for 3-4 days.
Yes, we do for all occasions i.e, birthdays, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveal, quinceanera, baptism, corporate events. We bake to order. We also offer edible images (photo cakes). We make cakes in various sizes –
6″ serves approximately 10-12 people
8″ serves approximately 18-20 people
10″ serves approximately 32-35 people
We also make tiered cakes. Our most popular designs are Unicorn, Sprinkles, Funfetti, Cookies & Cream, Rosettes, superheros, baby smash cakes.

Yes, we do. We do wedding tasting by appointment. Setup your appointment by calling (925) 965-0333 (Danville) / (925) 332-7212 (Pleasant Hill) or use our Wedding Tastings Booking form.
Our manager will walk you through the different flavors and provide suggestions based on your theme. We offer display stands, delivery and setup. We suggest making these appointments early so we can reserve the wedding date for you.
We now offer some custom and all of our regular products for purchase online.
Please note the date/ time of pickup and be ready to show a copy the receipt at the time of pickup.
Always the earlier the better. We tend to get busy during weekends, the earlier you book the better chance of getting your pick up time. For larger events call as early as you can so we can plan your event better.
Yes! Our Pupcakes are a tiny dog friendly treat we make onsite. They are made with carrot cake, canola oil, peanut butter and buttercream. Our signature Pupcake is then topped with a real Milk bone training treat!
Batter ‘N Icing is an open air facility and all products are prepared on shared equipment. While our staff is trained to operate with the utmost care and precautions to avoid cross- contamination of gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, and dairy; it is impossible for our facility to guarantee our products have not come in contact with an air particle/substance during the preparation or baking process. We prepare food that contains gluten, peanuts and tree nuts and hence not a certified Gluten Free or Nut Free Bakery. All patrons entering Batter ‘N Icing Danville or Pleasant Hill locations assume the liability risk of cross contamination, illness and/or hospitalization due to any complications the customer endures by inhaling/touching or ingesting any allergen within a Batter ‘N Icing product(s) or retail space.
